§ 7. Mr. Gerald Williamsasked the Minister of Works whether he will arrange for investigations to be made into the scheme for building houses, recently demonstrated at the H.Q. Military Government in Germany, where special concrete bricks are employed which can be assembled by unskilled labour in which it is possible to produce a two-family house costing less than £340 to build, complete with fittings.
