§ Mr. ParkerI am aware of the position as stated in the first part of the Question. The arrangements which are being made to deal with it were explained in the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Minister of War Transport to the hon. Member for The High Peak (Mr. Molson) on 15th October, to which I have at present nothing to add.
