Resolved:

"Thai, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to the carrying on of assurance business it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament—
  1. (a) of any expenses incurred by the Board of Trade under the said Act of the present Session; and
  2. (b) of any such increase in the expenses incurred by the Board of Trade under the Assurance Companies Act, 1909, or the Assurance Companies (Winding up) Acts, 1933 and 1935, as may be attributable to the passing of the said Act of the present Session."—(King's Recommendation signified.)—[Sir S.
