§ Mr. Ellis SmithEighteen industrial premises in Congleton, totalling 166,000 square feet, and 18 industrial premises in Macclesfield, totalling 83,000 square feet, are held by Government Departments. It is hoped that these premises will be released in the course of the next few months.
