§ Mr. WillinkYes, Sir. I have already told the council that as the services of the Master terminate at the end of the present quarter in the ordinary way, I am not prepared to concur in their recommendation that he should foe removed from his post. I am communicating further with the council in regard to the remaining recommendations, with which I am in general agreement.
