§ Mr. BowlesI beg to ask leave to present to the House, on behalf of certain of my constituents, namely, those resident in the rural district of Arley whom it is proposed to transfer to the new Division of Sutton Coldfield, a humble Petition protesting against the proposed transfer, on the grounds that there is a community of interest existing between these people and the municipal borough of Nuneaton 2 touching secondary education, petty sessions, shopping, trading, entertainment and convenience of travel.
