Building work, which is expected to be completed within the next six months, is proceeding at the Glan Ely and Cefn Mably Tuberculosis Hospitals to provide 96 additional patient beds. One hundred and fifty beds have also been secured at the Ministry of Pensions Hospital, Chepstow, and are being brought into commission as staff becomes available.
