36. Mr. Craik Henderson

asked the Postmaster-General how many claims have been received in respect of articles lost or stolen by post, registered and otherwise, during the last complete year for which he has records and similar claims for the last complete pre-war year.

37. Mr. Stourton

asked the Postmaster-General the total value of substantiated claims made against the G.P.O. for both registered and unregistered packages stolen in transit during the year 1944.
