GriggThe assembly and despatch of troops returning to the Continent take place under circumstances which differ greatly from those of the journey to this country, and a comparison is not easy. But I can assure my hon. and gallant Friend that the arrangements are continuously under review and everything is done to make the journey as quick and comfortable as possible.
