asked the Secretary of State for War whether a per capita grant is paid to the various officer cadet training units annually under the heading of amenities; and, if so, how much.

Yes, Sir. A grant of 3d. per cadet per day is payable to all Officer Cadet Training Unit messes for the provision of amenities.
