§ 43. Mr. Lewisasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if he will get from the Australian Government particulars of the results obtained at those coalmines in Australia, the management of which has 22 been taken over by that Government, showing the financial results obtained and a comparison as to the number of men employed, and the production obtained compared with that during their private ownership, and if he will make available by means of a White Paper, or otherwise, this information for Members of this House, in order that they may have an opportunity of seeing how nationalisation has worked in practice in this case.
