Gentleman aware that these things have been considered for several months, according to my information, and in the meantime French nationals are getting packages from England, but British nationals or people of any other nationality cannot get them? Could the matter not be expedited, in view of the fact that winter is passing, and it is in the winter that these packages are needed?
