§ Mr. DaltonThe first consignments of children's Wellingtons from Canada, to which I referred in reply to Questions on 6th February, are expected to arrive in a few weeks' time. These supplies will be small in relation to the total demand and special arrangements have been made to ensure that they are distributed to children in rural areas.
