§ 14. Professor Gruffyddasked the Minister of Labour whether civilians who have taken up work at the direction of his Ministry will be released concurrently with members of the Armed Forces under the demobilisation scheme; and, if not, what provision has been made for the release of such persons.
§ Mr. ButlerThe plan for the re-allocation of workers between civilian employments was set out in a White Paper CMD.6568 published last November which forms the civilian counter-part to the plan for release from the Armed Forces. All the necessary measures to implement this plan have been taken.
