HC Deb 31 January 1945 vol 407 cc1438-9
25. Mr. Daggar

asked the Secretary of State for Air whether he is aware that the case of the warrant officer now serving with a Service commando, R.A.F., who went into the Taj Mahal Hotel in Bombay in company with three commissioned officers, another warrant officer and two non-commissioned officers and was told that on the instructions of the management no drinks could be served to the warrant officers or non-commissioned officers has caused a measure of dissatisfaction amongst other members of the unit to which these officers belong; and will he give further consideration to the matter.

Sir A. Sinclair

I am making inquiries, and will communicate with my hon. Friend.
