Is he further aware that in the North-Western area we have 1,200 to 1,300 female workers who badly require this sustaining liquid?
§ Colonel LlewellinThere is unfortunately a considerable milk problem, as there always is in the winter months, and, of course, the hundreds of women workers are competing with the miners and other people for the very limited supplies I have got.
