his place shall be filled by the electors and he.This is a purely drafting Amendment. I think the Clause as it stands is perfectly intelligible but, comparing its wording with that of other Sections in Acts of Parliament which deal with the same matter, it would be better to put in these words in order to make the phraseology in all these Sections the same, and it is for that purpose alone and not to alter the sense of the Clause that I move.
