Resolution reported:
That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision for the conservation and use of water resources and for water supplies and for purposes connected therewith, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Minister of Health in the exercise of his functions under the said Act.
