asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if the Fishing and Amenities Committees have ap- proved the Tummel-Garry electric scheme as published.

While the Act contains no directions as to publication my original intention was to make the recommendations of the Amenity Committee and the Fisheries Committee available to the person holding a public inquiry into a constructional scheme and to publish the recommendations thereafter, but in view of the general interest in the matter I am giving it further consideration in consultation with the chairmen of the two committees concerned.
