§ Mr. WestwoodYes, Sir. My right hon. Friend is anxious that local authorities should, where the circumstances so require, provide specially equipped accommodation for ageing persons, including single-storey houses, as an integral part of their housing schemes. Several authorities have already submitted proposals and others are considering doing so.
