asked the Minister of Health whether, under his regulations, discharged soldiers in civilian life can claim National Health Insurance benefit for sickness that could be attributed to malaria suffered during their military service.

Mr. Willink

The answer is "Yes, Sir," subject to the normal statutory conditions for title to benefit being satisfied.
