I beg to move, in page 3, line 9, after "borrowed" insert: (whether before or after the commencement of this Act). This Amendment is for the convenience of certain local authorities who have already borrowed from the Public Works Loan Board, and it will enable them to deal with those loans through their Consolidated Loans Funds.
