§ Sir A. SinclairThe mixture used was either one, or both, of two special mixtures to meet the requirements of this type of runway. With my hon. Friend's permission, I will circulate details in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
Mr. SmithIs not couch grass sown on account of its binding qualities; and, if so, will my right hon. Friend bear in mind the fact that this land will take a long time to clear?
