§ 1. Mr. R. A. Butlerasked the Minister of Education what arrangement has been made with the universities with regard to their contribution towards the training of future teachers.
§ The Minister of Education (Miss Wilkinson)I am actively working on this question which necessitates consultation with a number of the interests concerned. I will make a statement to Parliament on the matter as soon as it is possible to do so.
