Resolved:
That this House approves the continuance in force of the Proclamation issued under Section 93 of the Government of India Act, `1935 by the Governor of Orissa on 30th June, 1944, and of his Proclamation varying the same issued on 7th September, 1945, copies of which were presented on 25th July, 1944, and 9th October, 1945, respectively."—[Mr. A.
