asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the Report of the Committee on Agricultural Education in Scotland will be available.

My right hon. Friend has received the Report of the Committee. It will be published as a Command Paper, and I hope that copies may be available to Members in the Vote Office before the Recess.

Is my hon. Friend aware that this answer will give a great deal of satisfaction, as this Report has been eagerly awaited?
