§ Mr. IsaacsI regret that owing to the large numbers applying for training as compared with the available training facilities, there has been delay amounting on the average to some weeks in allocating ex-Service applicants. I am glad to say that facilities are being rapidly expanded and should before long be sufficient to meet all requirements.
