§ Mr. IsaacsFor the three months ended 31st October, 1945, the most recent period for which complete figures are available, the sums paid by my Department on grants and allowances for workers transferred to employment away from home amounted to £1,076,987. A separate figure cannot be given for workers transferred by compulsory direction.
