Mr. Gilzeanasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that in Scotland men supplied to building contractors to enable them to fulfil their housing contracts for local authorities are being used for other purposes; and will he take steps to ensure that the firms concerned use the men for the purpose for which they are provided.
