§ 85. Mr. Goochasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if it is the intention of the Government to issue a White 32 Paper on the Food and Agriculture Organisation Conference at Quebec; and if he intends to ask the House to confirm the recommendations of the conference.
Mr. McNeilA White Paper containing a summary of the reports presented to the Food and Agriculture Conference at Quebec will in due course be laid. As regards the second part of the Question, I am not quite clear what my hon. Friend has in mind, but if he is referring to time for Debate this is, of course, a matter for the Leader of the House.
