§ 7. Mr. Sparksasked the Minister of Health, in view of the request of the Association of Municipal Corporations in December, 1936, that the whole system of local taxation should be reviewed by a Royal Commission or Departmental Committee, if he will now take that step, in view of the time which has elapsed since the question of local taxation was last inquired into.
