§ Mr. BevinI presume that the hon. Member is referring to the confidential report presented by Sir Find later Stewart last February to the then Foreign Secretary and the Chancellor of the Exchequer. The report is confidential and it is not proposed at present to publish it. A statement will, however, be made after a decision is taken regarding the organisation of overseas publicity services.
