Mr. George Porterasked the Secretary of State for War whether he has now received a report from the military commander at Tripoli on the anti-Jewish outbreaks in Tripoli which began on 4th November; how it was that in an area under British military occupation these riots continued unabated for over two days, resulting in the killing of 100 Jews, including women and children; and why no curfew was imposed to check the rioting until the third day.
