§ 76. Lieutenant Skeffington-Lodgeasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that their duties are preventing the attendance of members of military police units in the B.A.O.R. at study centres, provided under the Army education scheme; and whether he will inquire, in particular, into the position at Antwerp, where men in the CM.P., who wish to improve their peacetime prospects, find themselves unable to use the facilities available.
§ Mr. LawsonThe decision whether a unit can implement the Army Education Scheme, having regard to its military commitments, rests with the local commander, but I am looking into this particular case.
