§ Mr. Neil Maclean further reported from the Committee; That they had selected the following Eight Members to be the Panel of Members appointed to serve on the Standing Orders Committee under Standing Order 103: Mr. Ayles, Mr. Bowles, Mr. Clement Davies, Mr. Gooch, Mr. Leslie, Colonel Sir Charles MacAndrew, Mr. Orbach and Mr. Charles Williams.
