I beg to move, That a Select Committee be appointed to control the arrangements for the Kitchen and Refreshment Rooms in the department of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House.

As a person who has been a Member of this House for nearly seven years I would like to take this opportunity of protesting against the very inadequate performance of the Kitchen Committees of which I have had experience——
