Mr. Kirbyasked the Minister of Health whether the Government will include in their post-war housing programme the adequate provision of two and three-roomed flats and other dwellings suitable for persons of limited means such as old age pensioner couples, spinsters, and other persons living alone who require the minimum of accommodation at rents appropriate to their limited incomes.
