§ The Minister of Information (Mr. Brendan Bracken)I presume my hon. Friend is referring to a circular letter written by a member of the staff of the Regional Information Officer in Bristol. The writer was obviously anxious to learn the opinions and interests of the public outside the world of officials. I doubt not that this pompous document was the product of an excess of zeal. It should never have been issued and it has been withdrawn.
