I beg to move, in page 27, line 21, after "time," insert: (not being less than twenty-eight days from the publication of the notice). This Amendment provides that the time for objections to the proposed Order extinguishing the right of way shall not be less than 28 days. It brings this matter into conformity with other provisions.
