§ Mr. GallacherCan we take it that the Minister, in making inquiries, will preserve the attitude he announced in the House in answer to a Question some time ago, namely, that he is not an enemy of the Soviet Union but is neutral?
Sir J. GriĥgI certainly will preserve that attitude, and I will also preserve the attitude of not condemning, until I have heard both sides of the case.
