HC Deb 04 October 1944 vol 403 c909
14. Mr. R. Morǵan

asked the Secretary of State for Air if it is his intention to develop aerodromes in the Home Counties of which details in one case have been sent to him involving that much of a village will be swept away; and whether the present church is also doomed.

The Secretary of State for Air (Sir Archibald Sinclair)

I appreciate my hon. Friend's anxiety in regard to this airfield, but I am glad to be able to assure him that no development of it is intended.
