May I draw attention to the fact that, for the last two Tuesdays running—the first two Tuesdays since we came hack from the Recess—the Ministerial rota at Question Time has been so arranged that Questions addressed to the War Office have come very late on the Order Paper, and that although Board of Trade Questions are of immense importance, Questions affecting the Army are of universal interest? May I put it to you respectfully, Mr. Speaker, that it is undesirable that War Office Questions should be taken very late on two Tuesdays running?
