§ The Minister without Portfolio (Sir William Jowitt)My Noble Friend the Minister of Reconstruction has received a letter on this subject from the Welsh Reconstruction Advisory Council, and he is in consultation with my Noble Friend the Minister of War Transport in regard to it. It is not proposed to publish this letter.
Sir A. EvansWill the Minister consider setting up an impartial committee to inquire into this matter, as this suggestion has received the unanimous support and endorsement of the Welsh Parliamentary Party, composed of representatives of all political parties?
