§ Sir J. GriggI think that the concession is enjoyed by the Admiralty but I am not aware that it is enjoyed by the Air Force. The Army and the Air Force are assimilated in all respects, but the Navy are not. In any case blankets are in short supply and many will be wanted to provide for the distressed population of Europe.
