§ 61. Mr. Rileyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will consider issuing, at an early date, a comprehensive statement setting forth the schemes authorised under the Colonial Development and Welfare "Act for the Colonial territories in' East and West Africa, respectively.
§ Colonel StanleyAs the hon. Member will be aware, I have already made returns, including East and West African Schemes, to the 31st of March, 1944, under Command Papers Nos. 6422, 6457 and 6532. In accordance with the requirement laid down by Parliament in the Act, a further return will be made to the 31st of March, 1945, as soon after that date as possible.
