Mr. Hammersleyasked the Minister of Supply under what authority the Rubber Control have issued an instruction that no firm will be supplied with synthetic rubber unless they agree to disclose the details of the whole of their present and future processes to the industry; and whether he is satisfied that any such forced disclosures will adequately safeguard the rights of inventors.
