asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has any statement to make about the negotiations with the Portuguese Government over the supply of wolfram to Germany.

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is now in a position to make a statement in regard to his negotiations with the Portuguese Government on the subject of wolfram exports to Germany.
