§ Mr. DaltonI presume that my hon. Friend is referring to the charge against George Hurst at Old Street Police Court. This man was charged with making a statement which he knew to be false, in furnishing information under the Consumer Rationing Order. The case is still sub judice and I cannot, therefore, make any further statement at present.
