CLAUSE 98.—(Power of Minister to make loans to aided schools and special agreement schools in respect of initial expenditure.)

I beg to move, in page 72, line 18, at the end, to insert: (d) expenses certified by the Minister under the last foregoing Section as being attributable to the provision of education for displaced pupils. These words are linked up with a new Clause which my right hon. Friend the Minister will move later. They are necessary in view of that Clause.
