§ Mr. AsshetonYes, Sir, A statement explaining the Income Tax position of members of the Forces who are serving abroad or are prisoners of war will be included in the next issue of the official Journal of the Prisoners of War Department of the Red Cross, which will be published in a few days' time. The memorandum will also be reproduced in orders issued by the three Service Departments in the near future.
